What happens after I complete checkout?

You will receive an automated mandate confirmation from GoCardless and an onboarding intake email from our technical team. Within 48 hours, we will deliver your live staging preview for review before pointing your domain.

How does GoCardless Direct Debit work?

GoCardless is an authorised UK payment institution regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Your setup fee is collected via Instant Bank Pay or first collection, and monthly retainers are debited automatically. You always receive at least 3 business days notice prior to any collection.

Can I keep my existing domain name and email?

Yes, absolutely. We handle DNS cutover seamlessly without touching your existing Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or standard MX email records. There is zero email downtime during launch.

What is the cancellation policy?

Our contracts operate on a rolling 30-day notice period with zero exit penalties. If you ever choose to leave, we provide full exports of your assets and content.
